Creamy Salsa Verde

  • 1 avocado
  • 5-6 tomatillos, roasted
  • Handful of cilantro
  • 1 serrano pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt & Honey to taste


Combine all in a blender and blend until smooth. Add water as necessary for desired consistency.
